Desperate for Advice!

Hey guys!

I'm new to this website (obviously), but I was curious as to what colleges would be best fit for me. Currently these are my stats:

Rank: 18/419
SAT: 620 CR/ 590 Math/ 590 Writing
ACT: 26
AP: APUSH (4), Enviro (4), English (3)
GPA: 4.118 weighted / 3.81 UW

ECs: President Red Cross, President Ski Club, President of Environmental Club, volunteer work with Red Cross, worked all years in highschool, internship at law office currently, play instrument, varsity rower (not recruitment material), AP Scholar, worked with Youth Council for NJ Congressman, 7th place in National Enviro Recycle-Bowl,

Hooks: First generation college student, minority (spanish male), low-income family, single parent home, urban public school in NJ (decent educational rep though).

Intended Major: Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, (possibly minor in Biology or resource management)

OK i know my Standardized tests suck before anyone comments; I get it.

With that being said, what are my chances are schools such as: GWU, Northeastern, BU, Cornell, Georgetown, TCNJ, Marist, UMiami, Penn, U Conn, and other higher-tier schools?

I truly appreciate all the help.

GWU: Reach
NEU: Reach
Cornell: High reach
Georgetown: High reach
TCNJ: Match
Marist: Match/High match
BU: High match

Can you at least try Bates, Bowdoin, Wake Forest, Brandeis or other test-optional schools? And is Rutgers SEBS your safety or simply a place to avoid?

Rutgers isn’t a place I see myself truthfully. In terms of the other schools I’ll definitely check them out, thank you!

PS: What would my SATs need to get up to in order to be more competitive for schools like GWU NEU & Georgetown?
