I had a downward trend but my class rank went up.

intotherain - don't be discouraged just because others have had bad luck... it might sound like you're in the same situation, but your essay, reqs, etc will be completely unique to you, and you can now spend some time really proving to washu how right you are for the school. vtoodler's experience can be used as encouragement... to use this next semester wiseley and to put effort into your app. But also take the opportunity to look at the other schools you're interested in and see if they might be a better fit, and make sure that if you don't make it into washu, you've applied to other schools that you'd love attending just as much as washu.

[and a sidenote... i'd def recommend just the 4 yrs in bme-like at washu, instead of time at emory and time at georgia tech. I felt like I didn't even have enough time in 4 yrs of eng at washu to learn everything I needed... so the more focus on engineering the better]

yeah, just because one person had a somewhat similar situation didn't get in, it's not the end of the world

Personally, I don't give a hoot about who did what and got in. WashU has very strange enrolling practices anyways, :P i'm sure u'll get in

which school would be the easiest to get in?
Engineering? Business?? any idea ?
