Desperate for help!

My freshmen GPA is horrible… I mean REALLY horrible like 2.x
I managed to bring the GPA up to 3.2 during my sophomore year and my junior year GPA was 4.4… Considering that I have high SAT SCORE like 2100~2400 and high SAT II scores, good recs, good ec, good essay… Do I have a chance at going to schools like BC or U of Michigan or Notre Dame or NYU etc??

there really wasn’t a reason my grades were so low during fresh/sopho but there is a reason why my grades sky rocketted during junior year… but then I had no APs in junior year but only 2 honors courses… Math and English…However I will be taking 4 AP courses by senior year…

Dude, all I can say is you have a shot since you demonstrated improvement, I would commit early to one of these schools if you dont really care which one it is (Notre Dame ED is a great deal for example), but they're longshots nevertheless since your SAT is very good but not great, and only average at these school. Give some of the schools a shot, but dont forget to apply to some safeties as well.

do you think I should send my apps late so I can send in my 1st term senior year grades? I would be taking 4 APs in senior year and if I showed them I got all A+ would that improve my chance?? Or should I just send in my app fast as I can and wait until they actually ask me to send a senior year grade
