Desperate! Please chance me!

M highest - 530
R highest - 500
W highest - 570
GPA is like 2.7 Weighted
Idk my rank
I took 7 honors classes in total.

My essay was good! Extra Curr. Activities are good!

I know I'm below average, but they have to accept SOME "dumb" kids right? :(

Over the course of reading alot of Chance Me’s on CC - it seems as though the SAT’s need to be above 1800 and the GPA above 3.2 - to have a shot at the New Brunswick campus. They say getting into Camden and Newark are easier, perhaps you may want to select those as campus choices as well.

What would you say to 2.7 and a 1900
Math-720
Reading-580
Writing - 600
Upward grade trend, 3 AP’s and 2 honors in senior year

A friend of mine got in with a 1440 SAT, so I think you should be fine.

What was their GPA? ^

Was it the NB campus?

Bumpppppppp

you will get into the newark and camden campus but nb doesnt look good for you. i would say to try regardless though and you might as well apply to all the schools in rutgers nb that you can expect for pharm of course.

don’t want to be the downer here but i’m definitely sure you’re not getting in. with 2.7 GPA, you need to have an extremely high test score. with 1600 SAT, you need to have at least 3.5 GPA. sorry, the admissions process is weighed heavily on those two factors.

Low GPA and low SAT = low chance

What are your extracurricular activities, btw?

You can still register late for the December 3 SAT, have your scores in 3 weeks to send out to Rutgers.
