desperate senior: chance plz

Hi, I'm a senior now and I want to see where i can get with my high school profile. I might apply for RD.
I go to a private international school, and am an us citizen. (ethnicity: asian)

unweighted GPA: 3.68 (94=A system. Hope this can cover my low gpa a bit)
SAT I: Going to take in Oct. and Nov, but aiming for 2200.
SAT II: Chem 740, Math IIC 750, Bio-M 740

11th grade:
AP Chem (not came out yet)
AP Euro ("")

12th Grade:
AP Cal AB
AP Stats
AP Psychology
AP Art

Other courses:
Took Chinese I & II, Web Design 2 (highest computer course), art for every year, etc...
My gpa isn't good, but my junior year had the highest GPA out of all years, and going to try to do the same in senior year.

EC's:
UNICEF trip to Mongolia, intern/community service at a dental hospital to help illegal immigrants, another com. service at a hospital, varsity tennis team, Chemistry Society president (just at school), Chinese Club vice president (we make chinese magazines for the school), Economics Club (made newspapers and other report papers: worked as a editor/designer), National Art Honor Society, etc..(cant think of any other yet)

Awards: I dont have alot. I just have Honoral Certificates (GPA thing) for every semester, and an art award...

Extra: I'm not going to major in art, but i'm going to send a portfolio to show my ability/interest in art.
And I think i'm going to have one great recommendation (of two), and have great app. essays ready for penn.

Please be honest, but don't be so brutal

Upward trend in GPA is a plus, and your ECs look interesting. The unknown is your SAT---and your essays---and letters of recommendation--it may be a reach, but certainly worth the effort. Question to ask yourself---if you got into Northwestern---do you feel it is a match-or do you think you would be over your head academically with your fellow students? At the end of four years do you feel Northwestern was your best choice? What is it about Northwestern do you find attractive-classes offered? setting? prestige? professors? student body? .... I hope this helps!

it's hard to say w/o your SAT scores. that could either move you from a slight reach to a reach. your grades are fine and an upward trend is good. your EC's look fascinating and like APOL said, none of us know anything about ur SAT scores, essay writing skills, or teacher recs. my educated guess right now is slight reach. so definitely apply. you could get lucky.

i'm working my butt off to get >2100.
If this is accopmlished, whats my chance?
anymore opinions?

bump..........

so could a person get into Northwestern with a 3.7 GPA. I work a whole lot during the school year so my grades have suffered

I asked for my chance, nick

Im sorry. I just thought I would ask a quick question. Disregard my post.
