URM and Low Income (but idk how well NYU looks at this stat)
I went to Harvard Summer School and studied Neurobiology
I went to ACAP (accounting career awareness program)

if u lived in new york you would've of been eligible for HEOP(higher education opportunity program) if you were low income.(program for low income, decent SAT score students from NY. Basically because of your situation, you are academically disadvantage... thus bringing the program.) I was accepted through HEOP early decision. 3.3 GPA 1600 SAT(M+CR)

Which probably would've accepted you. but since you are from new jersey you will be in the pool with the regular competitive applicants. So I think you will be good to go if you bring your ACT to 28+ or your SAT to 1700+(m+cr)
