Hello, I’m currently attending ACC 2nd semester freshman and i’m in the process of applying to UT Austin. I have a 3.75 GPA, however, i’m unfortunately taking college algebra at the moment. I am now doubting myself on applying to college of natural sciences’ undecided because I’m only in my college algebra class(Easy A, i took precal. last year in high school). My intention is to get into undecided Natural Sciences and take business calc. 1 and business calc. 2 to internally transfer to school of business and major in Management Information Systems. I would really like to get into UT Austin for the upcoming fall, and i exceed the average GPA of getting into natural sciences. Do you guys think that i should still apply to Natural Sciences even with me taking College Algebra right now? Or do you guys maybe think i should apply to another school such as Liberal Arts and do the pre reqs. to get into School of Mccombs? All thoughts are welcome. Thanks
