Desperately need college suggestions

I applied ED to my first choice school (George Washington), but am completely lost at finding other schools to apply to if I get rejected. I'm looking for a medium to large school, hopefully an urban campus, and I plan to major in international affairs. It would be helpful if the school considered test scores more than gpa, since I am a bit higher in that area.
Stats:
3.76 GPA weighted (hs does not report unweighted)
37/217 class rank (slightly above top 20%)
ACT: 33 composite (34 for the few schools that do superscore)
Taken all honors and AP classes, will have done 7 AP's by the end of HS and 4 additional college-level courses
Pretty good EC's, most notably advocating for the creation of a girl's varsity ice hockey league, and captaining the inaugural team
My senior year grades also demonstrate an extreme upward slope, last quarter I had a 4.41 GPA with nothing below an A-, and so far it looks like that will stay the same for second quarter

Does anyone have suggestions for schools that would be a good fit for me?

anyone…?

you should definitely use the College Match Maker on CollegeBoard. Another great website is
CollegeView.com, its affiliated with CC.

You may want to consider both Boston U and Northeastern.
