I'm having a lot of trouble finishing the test in the given time. I haven't officially taken the test, but when I do it at home, I always take like 10-15 minutes extra, on one sitting I even took 30 minutes extra!

I'm getting better at the essay, I can finish that in the given time if I know which examples to use.

What kills me is the CR. I spend a lot of time just re-reading the questions and the passage because it's difficult to comprehend sometimes.

Does anyone have any tips on how to finish within the given time and maybe even less, but not have it take a hit at the score? Thanks

everyone has their own way of doing the RC, however, i found my own way while taking the test. Basically i read 2 paragraph, grasp the meaning and do the quesitons pertaining to those paragraphs and then move on to the next 2 paragraphs. i think theres nothin wrong with this cuz when u read the 2 paragraphs, the questions u do next can help u analyze what you just read, and that way you wont have to grasp too much materials at one time. i usually finishes 10 minutes early. passages, try not to reread, way too time consuming. you know, it never hurts to try new way, and also as the proverb goes: practice makes better.
