Thank you for shipping with DHL.**

I won't be able to check my home mail for a while, but I'd love to know if this is good news or bad news? Do acceptance/rejection letters for international students get sent out by DHL?

The mail type is Express Document and the weight is 1 pound (not sure if this is good or bad)

Thanks for your help!

I think it means it’s an acceptance because international freshmen get this e-mail when they’re accepted. I’d bump this thread for a second opinion.

Cheers nhsharvard, I really hope I get in!

It’s a package, therefore I’d think it would be an acceptance letter and a packet of materials for you. If you were rejected, it’d just be in an envelope, which in my books, does not count as a package.

Thanks Hawkwings, I hope you’re right.

yeah I am gonna second what nhsharvard said cause all the international freshmen that got that email got an acceptance (I was freaking out cause I didn’t get one, turns out they just sent it priority mail instead)
so I think a CONGRATULATIONS are in order. I mean why would they bothered paying for the DHL for someone they aren’t admitting?

Congrat, iacmynad! I’m not international, but I got my acceptance to USC last month through FedEx.

Thanks very much guys! I hope you’re right, and if you are, I’m sure we’ll all have a great time at USC.
