DHS late teacher rec?!

Hey everyone,

I submitted my DHS application last night before the deadline… however my teacher recommendation will only be sent in a couple hours. It’s already past midnight in New Orleans, so does that mean they will not accept it? Or they just might since it’s the teachers part?

Not sure, but you are probably OK. But I can’t be 100% on that. The admissions web site does say

Deadlines are more than a technicality, but this part is out of your control to a large degree. I think you will just have to see what they say.

Alright thank you, my teachers submitted the rec letter about 2 hours after 12am. She still received the confirmation email from Tulane so hopefully it’s all okay!
