Does anyone know about the math classes?
I'm an art history major who hate hate hates math (and I'm not all that good at it either). Is the applications of math class an actual math class, just with more basic concepts or is it more like college algebra except for a credit?

I've heard it's pretty easy. For most people it was a review of everything they'd done in high school.

what if you want to take more than one language test

is language necessary for COM?

COM students need to take 2 semesters of a language. if it hasn't changed from 2 years ago, then you'll take the language diagnostic test during orientation with a proctor. don't take it online at home.

SpecialAgentPunk, if you took a language sat II and got a 560 or above, you're out of the language requirement

for math you need to print out your results and bring it with you to orientation. i took it last week and it's all just precalculus.

thanks, STRAWBeRRYred89. No more language classes for me...for the rest of my life. Language was always my most uneven course.

has anyone taken the Spanish diagnostic test yet? I placed a lot higher than i though i would.

I just looked at the math diagnostic test page and the options for which orientation you're attending are not for this year.
I wonder what now...
