<p>Dear Diary,</p>
<p>Today was the most fun I’ve had since I moved in last Thursday. I went out with a couple of my hallmates to an event on campus and we all had a lot of fun. I think this is a good start to actually connecting with them because I had been a bit out of the loop these past few days as my whole floor basically all got to know each other and I didn’t make too much of an effort to talk to them.</p>
