@Decal7 Same for my son. Rejected from Dickinson, which was a solid match, but he needs a lot of aid. Got accepted to Gettysburg with TONS of aid/ Scholarships. Its ok because he preferred Gettysburg anyway, but still a shock. Read an older post about how Dickinson won’t accept kids who need aid, no matter how high they perform. Son is happy, so its all good. Congrats to your daughter on Gettysburg!
Deferred, then waitlisted at Dickinson. Accepted with scholarship to Gettysburg, which is a better match, anyway.

My D19 was accepted with aid. This was where she knew she wanted to be, so I am thrilled for her.
