<p>I got a single in Dickson on the 5th floor. Will my room actually wind up smaller due to the dormers and slanted ceiling?</p>

<p>Fortunately for me, I am also rooming in Dickson on the fifth floor.</p>
<p>Living in a room with a slanted ceiling is an interesting experience. Things look smaller, but at the same time, the room itself is probably cozier as well. Slanted ceilings(if well-painted) have an awesome effect of reflecting light.</p>
<p>I’m sure that your room might be a little smaller volume-wise, but I’m also sure that there are much fewer rooms on the fifth floor.</p>
