I did, and it kept me awake.

It's so annoying how they make us take this test at 8 AM.

For all my finals and ap's. I got to take the test a 9!

ya know?

Hmp.

Do you crash with a red bull though?

Cuz somebody told me that happens with coffee.

red bull is unhealthy. humans should only drink water.

lol. and powerade ftw

8 oclock is so early that I can't concentrate without red bull though

5-hour energy for me.

It's good.

I need to try that.

@jmanco49^^ : I would really suggest not to! It's just a caffeine dose in disguise. You might not smoke due to addiction possibility and red bull is just it's brother!

yeah i had a 8.3oz can in the morning and i was fine.. helps me concentrate

nope. adderall

i had a smoothie and an omelette for breakfast. and i took a shower in the morning. the earlier you get up to prepare the better off you are

I usually drink monsters before a test, but if you didint get any sleep the day before will cause your body crash

Get sleep the week before the test. wake up early. eat and shower well.

I followed those guidelines for my SAT, and took one sip of a monster, and felt amazing. Did pretty well. Didn't get as much sleep or as good a breakfast for SATII's, drank a small monster, and I felt TERRIBLE. I think I did a lot worse than on my SAT.

I took a 200mg caffeine pill.

No, I didn't crash. And yes, I do think they help me with ACT/SAT. Sometimes I do have a bit of nervous energy from them, but I'm a wonderful test taker, and I perform well under stress, so it's fine.
