<p>I applied Ed II and my counselor told me today that Vandy asked for first quarter grades. Is this a good, bad, or normal thing that Vandy does?</p>
<p>You have to think that you’re still in it–that’s good! Hopefully you had some great grades to send them.</p>
<p>Er… I had one pretty mediocre grade but the rest were pretty good. I can’t believe my first quarter grades might be a primary factor in whether I get in or not…</p>
<p>Sounds like you’re on the border and if you did well, you’re in. I imagine they’re trying to see an upward trend and if you’ll continue doing well after grades supposedly dont matter anymore (I’m assuming you mean 1st quarter of the second semester?).</p>
<p>yeah sounds to me like your application is going to committee which means youre borderline.
But that doesn’t make sense, school hasn’t even been back in session a full month yet, how could you send a grade report?</p>
