Did anyone else on the west coast have problems with the Brown App?

<p>I sent my application in at 8:59pm west coast time but apparently the deadline passed? No where on the Brown website did it say east coast time! is that assumed? Do all colleges do that? I know Yale doesn't because my application worked last night. What do you suggest I do? I already emailed them...what else....</p>
