Did anyone else think it was easy?

U pick anynumber for k and then u average the first and last numbers since u want n which is part of the midpoint equasion.
After u get the midpoint u set that equal to the equation in the middle using the number u picked for k and the answer ends up being 17/2

Hopefully that helps.

I got A too!!

Did anyone get that weird inequality one with 3x+8?!
Since all of them seems to work except for 78 so I left it blank:(

jil, I think x was 19 and so the answer was 65. BTW jil, how sure are you about the question I mentioned, because it really confused me and Im hoping others chose A too ._.

Oh dangit I was gonna pick 65 and I didn't since I thought it was gonna be wrong!

Hmm I'm pretty sure. Since when I drew it on my paper it seemed impossible for the line to be perpendicular. And question said MUST be true right?

the odd digit is 19 yes, im not sure if it was 65,but 19 was the odd x.
and the I,II,III Q is none .

Really? I got II, but I might very well be wrong. Yeah, I also had a lot of trouble on the pipe painting passage, I'm pretty sure I got a few wrong. What did people put for how the author would view the "hard facts", I think the choices were necessary, difficult, solid, and some others, I know I put 'solid', but I was pretty unsure.

that math one was 68

x was 57, x+8 was 65

naw, I'm fairly certain that it was 65

lol i got an 800 last year math but this time i skipped 2 math questions
