It seems pretty odd that no one seems to get in but rather put on waitlist
or is it just that no acceptance has been out yet?
If any of you got in after defferal, please let post your stats, when you applied, when you heard back

Don't be bitter. She got in. She deserves congratulations.

There is a girl at my school who received a phone call from U of M the other day. She's in the top ten in terms of rank and has (I'm guessing) close to a 4.0 weighted GPA. They offered her admission, but only if she attended the Summer Bridge Program. She didn't send her ACT scores when she applied in December, apparently because she got a 19. When they requested her scores, she waited until she got her results back from the February ACT and sent those. She got a 20. No hooks, special EC's, abnormal amount of AP's, or extenuating circumstances (I know this girl personally). Also, she's not an URM and she wasn't even deferred. That just goes to show you how crazy this whole process is.

what is UMich GPA?

wow..6 people in a class lol. Unless you meant 4/60?

Michigan recalculates everyone's GPA according to a special "formula" (which I'm too lazy to explain right now). This is your UMich GPA.
