I’ve actually gotten over everything and learned a lot of valuable lessons (albeit through a hard way)…
But I’m publishing an individual research of mine in a journal and I’m working on developing a legitimate clinical vaccine for a bacterial disease which affects pets and immunocompromised individuals worldwide. Maybe this may help my case?

I know plenty of kids at my school who’ve received the occasional C on their report card (albeit, in rigorous classes) who’ve gone to the “less” competitive ivies and even know of an unhooked/non-legacy classmate who graduated with a 3.27 and got into Cornell. But no, of Harvard I have never heard of someone without a spotless record get in.

I’m sure quite a few people have gotten into Harvard with Bs/Cs but these applicants would most likely have connections, are athletes, or are URMs.

Faery: welcome to CC. However CC rule #1. Look at the date of the posts and don’t resurrect old threads. “Quaker” posted his/her reply in 2006 and is likely graduated from college already.
