the one with 5 tests? What test codes are they? Basically i want to find out if they are repeats or not. (ie. Dec 2006 test, June 2009 test, other TIR etc) or are they completely new stuff?

Chances are, the 3 from the first 2 editions are included in this. Leaving 2 brand new tests.

That;s still pretty good. It’s highly unlikely The ACT company would put 5 never been seen tests in the book.

There are 5 tests - 3 from the old book and two new ones.

The two new ones are different than the Preparing for the ACT booklets from 2005-2006, 2007-2008, and 2011-2012. I believe the 2009-2010 test and 2011-2012 test are the same.

In total you can get 8 different official ACT tests - 5 in the book and 3 pdfs.

I bought last year’s version of the Red Book about a month ago… Is it worth getting the newer one or not really since I’m a senior?

It depends on how much time you have before you take the ACT. The new book has two new tests that are not in the old book.

@wsacwo where can you get those 3 pdfs?
