just got it in the mail :)

^when do you hear whether or not you receive such a scholarship?

Got mine today. From NY

Got the acceptance today and my son got the Michigan Tradition Scholarship. My son had a 35 ACT, great grades, and is from a top NY HS.

Aliiesmom, Dopp23

Did the Scholarship letter also came with the big packet in mail (with congratulation envelope) or was it a separate letter/ email.

Your D/S was admitted to LSA or CoE ? Thanks for the info.

got the scholarship also! very happy

We got the package today and the scholarship letter late last week. My S withdrew over a week ago. Obviously, it takes some time to stop everything. Glad to hear that some other deferred people got in. Maybe they are taking people in as others withdraw their applications. Scholarship still baffles us. We do not really fit the “diverse” description, although, as I said, he has great ECs and has won lots of awards.

S was admitted LSA.

Did you get the scholarship letter with the packet that has the acceptance letter/campus day info?
Or later?

The scholarship letter came after the acceptance letter.

Also do you have to fill out FAFSA or some form to get the Michigan Tradition Letter or do they just send it to people?

They just sent it, we did not fill out the FAFSA form.

the Michigan tradition scholarship is separate from fafsa/css profile

Why is everyone getting scholarships?! Are they that common?

I dont think a high percentage of students got them.

I got my acceptance letter 2 days ago…hopefully that means I still have a chance to get the tradition scholarship letter in the upcoming days!

I still have yet to receive the acceptance letter here in NY

Got my acceptance letter today, from NY. No word on scholarships, I doubt I’ll get any though.
