<p>I sent it about three weeks ago and I haven't heard anything yet. They said it usually takes two weeks to check our mails, or three weeks in July. Did anyone got a check in the check box? Should I send another one before I leave for vacation?</p>

<p>Drive 30 minutes to Tijuana, contract Hep B, bring it to the Admissions Office, and then say, "Who doesn't have the Hep B virus now?!"</p>
<p>For the HEP B statement form, if i have already completed the hepatitis B shots, then all i need to do is provide the health care provider name and their address on the form, and then just send it? Do we actually send any other documents proving that i did the shots?</p>
