I havnt been contacted yet. I'm getting a little worried.

What kind of questions do they ask?

ummm my interviewer basically we just talked about what i do and then i asked him lotsa questions about sports since he was a recruited wrestler and basically u should know how to answer this question:

"Why Princeton" thats really the only important question

yeah, Why P'ton? and Why you? Those were the two she seemed to care the most about. Tell me about yourself and your childhood was another one she seemed particularly interested in. Others included What are you passionate about? What would you like to do during your spare time outside of school/ECs at P'ton? What would you like to get involved in? What would you like to study? It really just depends on how the convo flows. Most of her questions I could tell she was just coming up with stemming from what we were talking about until the end, when she asked the important questions.

Galois ,
no confirmation or interview here too..
i'm gonna call in on Monday, but still worried they might just yell at me, and call me a whiny impatient kid.

I just had my interview. It went really well...and I tactfully avoided lashing out at my interviewer when he said too many women were in charge at Princeton.

haha, wow...was this an old fella or a young sprout? Congrats, either way :)

He graduated one year after the end of the Korean War.

and so my question is answered. But hey, if you end up getting in, you could like go on to become the president of Princeton, at which point you'd kindly pay him a visit in like the nursing home or something and leave him a nice little card or whatever. That'd be cool.

oh man...haha.

I would suggest a fruit basket, personally

Speaking of gifts, is anyone giving your teachers (the ones that write ur recs) a thank-you present/note?

I will if I get in. :)

lol, but in actuality, they have to write more (for your RD schools) if you DON'T get in, so wouldn't that make sense to give them something for their extra trouble?

I concur with Zant... it's still a nice gesture

There's this delicious bakery by my parents work, so for each teacher that wrote me a rec I brought them a bag of these delicious, fresh-baked sugar cookies and put it in their mailbox.

All this talk of cookies everyday!!
Now I really want one!
But that is really sweeti gracilisae. I think I'll get them like, godiva for christmas or something.

graci, i'll be happy write you a rec for some amazingly good cookies :D

Likewise. I'll give you a REALLY good rec!

I still haven't been contacted for my interview---maybe I'm not getting one....have you, zant? (Or did I miss something?)
