<p>I feel compelled to sleep too. I’ve solely acquired about four hours of sleep per night this week.</p>
<p>That does not sound very healthy. Did you know not getting 8 hours of sleep a night puts you at greater risk of receiving a heart illness?</p>
<p>The amount of sleep that each individual needs varies. I do believe that I need more than four hours of sleep per night though. My intent is to compensate for that tonight.</p>
