Did every "Qualified On Track" student receive an email from Merced and Riverside?

<p>I’m not ELC, but QOT, or “Qualified on Track,” (top 5-12.5% as determined by the UC system) and I hear people have been receiving emails from these two schools saying that they’ve been accepted even when they didn’t apply?</p>

<p>I did not receive any emails. Did everyone else receive one?</p>

<p>I'm not ELC, nor am I sure about being QOT. I did get an email from Merced and Riverside inviting me to apply for free but nothing saying I was accepted.</p>
