<p>Mine said, "Your passion for language is commendable! Best of luck in tackling XNorwegignX (oops!) Norwegian!" I don't know who it was from. The only name on the letter was Solomon Enos, Assistant Director of Admission. :p </p>

<p>I got my letter today!
Mine was from Erinn Evans, and she wrote:
"I was truly moved by your long essay! It brought tears to my eyes. You have a remarkable and enviable command of words. I hope you'll keep writing while you're at Stanford!"</p>
<p>I smiled for the entire day. Still smiling. :D Better watch my ego, too!</p>
<p>aw, i got a letter, but it was typed and obviously a form letter. man, i feel left out.</p>
<p>I got a "Hooray" at the bottom of a typed letter from Susan Dean in the SUNet mailing.
I think it was hand written...</p>
<p>I got what seems like a form letter with a nice, handwritten, "Welcome Dan! I look forward to meeting you at orientation!" from Martin Walsh.</p>
<p>It does feel awesome.</p>
