<p>It has been several weeks since we wrote to offer you a place on our waiting list. We appreciate your patience and write today to update you on the status of the waiting list.</p>
<p>This afternoon we were able to make an initial offer of admission to a limited number of waiting list candidates. While we were not able to extend an offer to you today, we want you to know that your application is still under consideration. We will continue to admit students for our fall 2010 class as space allows. Offers of admission will be sent periodically, and waiting list candidates will be notified of their final admissions decision over the next few weeks. If you wish to keep your application active, you do not need to take any further action. All candidates will hear from us no later than June 30.</p>
