Did Fantastic in Every Section But Went Down Greatly in Math: Should I Send My Scores?

Hey everyone! I took the ACT in March of 2015 and got the following scores:

English: 33
Math: 33
Reading: 34
Science: 33

I recently also took the February 2016 ACT and improved in just about every section, except Math. Which I dropped considerably in.

English: 34
Math: 28
Reading: 34
Science: 36

Will my math going down 5 points hurt me greatly? I would mostly attribute it to the fact that I’ve been taking Calc, Statistics, Trigonometry, etc; subjects that are irrelevant to the test. Many of the schools I applied to Superscore, not sure if that makes a difference. Just checking if you guys think I should send out my scores or not. Thank you!

Double-check that your superscoring colleges actually superscore the ACT not just the SAT. Seems like I noticed that quite a bit when checking out colleges with my D.

If they do in fact supersore the ACT you have nothing to “worry” about. Not sure if you anything to actually worry about, but that 28 in Math could have an effect at some colleges.

If you were my kid I think I’d say, send along the new scores, but really it depends on many factors!
