Did I find the experimental section on the SAT?

So I had taken the SAT yesterday and I came upon this section that seemed very weird to me. The section was only 18 questions I believe. Anyways, it was a reading section and the reading passage expanded over about 4 pages with questions about each little paragraph on the side. There were these circular bubbles with numbers that correspond with questions about sentence improvement and meaning and every now and then there were these square boxes after sentences that had to do with sentence placing and where they should go in order to make the ideas flow more "logically" as they said. I had been studying from an SAT Princeton Review guide and there were no sections on it like this! Also, I had taken the SAT about 3 months ago and there was not a section like this either? I hope it was experimental...

It’s probably the experimental section. Looks like CollegeBoard is trying to figure out the Spring 2016 SAT now.

I am so glad that I will be done taking the SAT by fall, because I feel like all these changes would mess my studying up!

Yeah. I hope the Class of 2016 and 2017 knows to get the SAT out of the way in fall 2015. On the bright side, you’re one of the very few people who knows what the new SAT will look like. That’s pretty valuable information.

I think I will personally thank my parents for birthing me at the appropriate time hahaha! It was definitely something rather odd, to me at least.
