<p>Sorry btbam91, but that isn't necessarily true. You may not be able to access it because you haven't been accepted yet, but I have personally NOT received my letter in the mail. Therefore, there is no two-days-after-the-letter-comes rule that allows you access. Just an FYI.</p>
