Did I just waste $75 applying ED? Chances...?

<p>I feel really bad for being another obnoxious member posting my stats, but the more I see other people's stats the more I lose hope. I just want a realistic perspective</p>

ACT: 31 Best: E 33 M 31 R 32 S 29 (I thought science was supposed to be easy!)
SAT II: Chem- 770, Bio M- 770 US Hist- 770 Math II- 640 (That's what i get for doing this as the last of three)
Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): W 4.46/ UW 3.77
Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): Top 10% could be 5% but we don't rank. They just tell us if we ask
AP (place score in parenthesis): Bio (5), Chem (5), US Hist (5), AP Lang (4)

Job/Work Experience: opps, none
Volunteer/Community service: 100+ before age of 14, at least 200+ during HS. Mostly camp counselor, hospital volunteer, missions trips, NHS stuff, Leo club stuff (community service club), church outreach
Summer Activities: Cornell Summer College: 6 weeks (took 2 legit sophmore classes [microbio] got B+ in lab and B in lecture, A in some bioresearch lecture class. 6 real credits), EMC STAR program, BU Science Pathways
Essays: Pretty bold and unique. About monopoly and my dark side. (honesty is the best policy, right?)
Teacher Recommendation: Great. Pro rec writers howerver both are in science
Counselor Rec: She loves me.
Additional Rec: Rec from microbio professor at cornell
Interview: N/A</p>

<p>Other: I sail. I know, not recruited but I do that all the time in the summer with the fam, so maybe just aybe that will make me unique...?

Gender: Female (we're not even a minority anymore! nooo)
Income Bracket: uppper middle. estimator said 10G for aid
Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.): No....ergo my despair</p>

<p>i agree with pranam0. aside from your sat scores, you seem to have what they’re looking for. let’s hope that they care about more than just a grade on one silly test. (I’m in a similar predicament as well) </p>
