I am a senior and retaking alegebra 2 for the second time. I currently have a D and will most likely be able to get it to a high C before the final. After the final I will most likely have a C-. Will they really take my acceptance away if it’s so close to where I needed to be?
You should aim higher but, any C will do it,
You are fine if you can keep it at a C. +/- is not considered.
But if the Senior GPA goes lower than 3, The acceptance will 100% be take away?
For UC’s, below a 3.0 weighted GPA there is a chance to be rescinded. For Cal states, no D’s or F’s in the a-g courses meaning you need at least a C.
I have a 3.54 and A’s in 4 classes and a B in another one. Will that all be considered if end up with a C- in math?
You don’t say which school so, we are all guessing. To be sure, read what your provisional admission says. If it is at all ambiguous call the school and ask. You don’t want to get surprised.

You need to maintain your reported application GPA (much leeway) and nothing below a C in you a-g classes. C- is not great but you should be fine. General rule, no D’s or F’s.
