I submitted my app on Nov 9th... hehe...
They received stuff from schools + test scores during mid Nov.
The application status on the status check page says "Regular Decision"
The "pending" and like... manual review req stuff are gone on my status page

Does this mean ill hear on Dec 14?
On the status page? or email? mail?

another quick question I forgot... I didnt take the ACTs... does that hurt me? Im an international student, and SATs are not too great... math 690, TOEFL = 109

Makes no difference if ACT or SAT. They get more ACTs simply because it is the test high school students are required to take in Illinois but don't treat one test as better than the other. Based on your post, it appears you met priority deadline. App in by Nov 10, other stuff -- transcript and test score -- in by November 15. Did you send required financial ability to pay form with information required of internationals? If you had "manual review" before and now it is blank, that means they are getting prepared to insert a decision that will be released mid-December. "Regular admission" applies to all freshman applicants, priority and non-priority, who apply for full-time attendance seeking a degree.

I kinda had a similar situation. I sent in my application on the 10th, but it showed that it was recieved on the 11th. I got all freaked out because I thought I had missed priority, but I called and they said that since the payment was recieved on the 10th, it was fine. They said that the thing they go by for most things is the date that the payment was recieved, because technically if you're paying the application fee, then the application is done and the rest of the stuff is either there or on its way. And sometimes with their system it will show things later than they actually are, but the payment is reliable because it logs the time the transaction occured. Also, I would guess that if your application data has disappeared, then you were considered for priority and will hear back on Dec 14. That's what has happened for everyone that applied priority.
