<p>Well, i am a huge idiot, and for some reason, i applied to the Newark SAS, and not the New Brunswick one. SO i decided to fix that and email the ugadmissions office, asking for them to consider me for the NB school as well. I did this yesterday, so i think it is too late, and i am tottaly out of luck. Could someone tell me what i should do, or what my odds are?</p>
<p>I'm guessing it will take te office several days to get back? it's been almost 24 hours.</p>
<p>if you have a slot open on of your three choices you should be fine but if they have to completely change a slot then it may be delayed in your decisions</p>
<p>oh man. yep i have all three slots filled(1/3 accepted). so i guess im at a huge risk now. </p>
<p>also, whenever i get put on the admissions line, i just hear the ringtone for 10 minutes. Is there no chance for me to get in touch via phone? i feel that it would be much easier, but they don’t pick up(I understand they are busy and all, but, i’m just freaking out.)</p>
<p>i actually 2/3 slots OPEN and i emailed the NB area saying that i forgot to add SAS and SEBS and they replied in a day saying they added the schools to my slots and should reflect changes within 24 hours and it did</p>
<p>man, i should have left one slot open. Anyway, i managed to get on hold with a person from the admissions office, and they told me that all i had to do was email them. Judging by what you said, it will take a couple days to reflect it on “your Rutgers status”. They told me to call again after a few days if it does not reflect. I’ll probably call them on Saturday or Sunday, if there is no change or anything. I wish i could tell them to just cancel the Engineering school, and replace with the SAS in NB. I know i will not get accepted into the former.</p>
