Well, my hs school gpa was a 3.8 something when I originally applied for schools. So I put 3.8 when I applied for transfers. But now I realize that my gpa might have dropped a bit to like a 3.7 or 3.75 after the second semester. I still graduated top 10% in my class. My college gpa is even higher + my hs schedule was pretty hard (8 aps). Was this a major error or not a big deal?

I don’t think it matters, they’ll probably look at your h.s. transcript rather than what you said on the common app.

thanks for the reassurance lol

I called and asked because I made an error on my app for one of my schools. They said they always go with what is said on the transcript and not to worry.

Maybe you could e-mail them to make a note to them that it was an HONEST mistake, and that you were not trying to cheat them out? Not sure if they’ll note it but it’s worth a try.
