*** Did i miss the deadline?!?

I'm a transfer....
So i'm sitting here, having just finished all of the Emory essays. I sent in the financial aid stuff days ago, and I was about to celebrate because I am 99% done.

And someone tells me that I missed the deadline!!

....but

the deadline on the Emory website says 6/1 for fall 2007!

have i missed the financial aid deadline then??

Ummm...???? The deadline for fall 2006 transfer admission is today. As for financial aid, the deadline to submit the fafsa and the css profile is today as well.

the financial aid deadline passed to turn in the papers, it was april, i thought i mentioned that earlier! its in the financial aid website lol, i told u to hold on to your app til spring :p

this is what it says:
Step 4: Provide signed copies of your Parents’ 2005 federal tax return. Provide signed copies of your Non-custodial Parent’s 2005 federal tax return if your biological/adoptive parents are divorced or separated.

Mail returns to the Office of Financial Aid by certified mail in time to meet the April 1 deadline. We will review your file and make your aid award after the tax returns are received.

although the deadline is june 1st, it is only for those that had already sent in their papers by april 1st, so that means that u missed the deadline.

In addition to mojo's poster, you probably can send in the papers, however, you will get terrible to no finanicial aid.

You will probably get your "need" met, but will have a decent amount of loans/work-study.

sprkl did u send in ur app?

i sent everything before june 1st. . . keeping my fingers crossed. If i get in, i can get 45% off the tuition automatically anyways

your willing to pay 15 thousand?!? whats your efc?

Hey that's a heck of a lot better than kids who have to pay full tuition. Since I have a free education at BU, I'd have to consider it carefully, but I love Emory so much and cannot stand the thought of going back to BU.

Hey mojojojo69

Are you a emory transfer? I am too. I am coming from loyola chicago. I

heard emory has a higher acceptance rate. Is this true? I wonder if

emory counts the oxford students as transfers?

were u accepted already? My file isnt complete yet, so uh, i wont hear anything from them until its complete lol

I am not ghanaian. The goldcoast is part of chicago loop. Are

goldcoast, why are u transfering from Loyola chicago? thats a good school! and when was ur file complete?
