Did I ruin my chances into a college?

Hi guys! So this is my 2nd year at a California Community College and up to this point I have had a 3.8 GPA with all A’s and about 3 or 4 B’s. In my essay,I talked about how my freshman year in high school I got really sick and was diagnosed with a form of epilepsy which caused me to fall behind but, I was able to get it controlled however, during this past semester changes in medications and doctors have been causing me to have 20-50 uncontrolled seizures a day and I ended up missing the past month of school which in turn caused me to fail Calculus II and get a C in C++ from missing so much school. I had a TAG with UC Davis in Mathematical Analytics and Operations Research for next fall but obviously this nullified my TAG and I submitted my application before explaining this semester. My GPA will be a 3.40 and if I’m able to get straight A’s next semester as I usually do, then it’ll be a 3.54 GPA. I sent applications to UC Davis, UCLA, UC Santa Barbara, Purdue University,Notre Dame,Stanford (I know the chances there are basically gone), George Mason University and University of Texas, Austin with majors in Actuarial Science,Mathematical Analytics, Statistics or Mathematics with a focus on Economics. Do any of you think I’ll have a chance transferring to any of these with having a semester as bad as mine went? If so, which ones? Thank you anyone for the help!
