I sent in the application, 1 letter of rec and transcript (without the form that your supposed to include)

So by the 13th i mailed in another transcript thing with the form.

I also got 2 teachers to send in letters of rec today (well gave them the stuff today). They already wrote them for the USC BA/MD program but i forgot to get them for the undergraduate admission.

I never turned in the SAT or ACT Student Report form, but i already sent my Official SAT scores from the collegeboard to USC a long time ago.

So basically, am i still eligible for merit-scholarships? Will they consider my application since i turned in a couple of things late?

i didn't use either form to send in my SATs or my transcript. as far as the transcript i don't think it's a huge issue; it might just take longer to process the transcript without the form that has all your information.

I did the same thing...sent in the transcript w/o form and sent in official scores...I dont think it'll be to much of a problem crosses fingers

It won't be a problem that you never turned in the SAT/ACT student report form. I called USC awhile back asking if I needed to do that and they said no :)

will they give us a check-off list of what they recieved? cause UOP does that and its really helpful to know if they recieved the recommendations and transcripts.
