Did I screw up? :(

Hi everyone, I'm a Canadian student (speaking of which, anyone else from the Ottawa-Gatineau region applying to the State? :D) and I want to apply to some US schools with financial aid packages for Canadian citizens (namely Ivies like Harvard, UPenn, etc.)

I'm worried my scores are subpar.

I have 800 in Math lvl II but only 760 in French SAT. I really thought I could do better in french. I'm not a native speaker but it's unfortunate... I was hoping for 780+

Should I re-write? I am planning to write chem in oct as well

fyi my SAT I scores are 2290 -- 800W, 760M, but only 730 in CR.

Thanks for your help!

Your SAT I scores are great. Don’t worry about them. If CR REALLY bothers you, retake it. It would not be favorable, however, for you to study and retake when you should be focusing on more important aspects of your app.

Your SAT IIs are NOT subpar, they’re fantastic. Obviously, don’t worry about MII. I think your French score is great, and you shouldn’t worry about it. 750+ is good for ANY college.

Oh, here’s a percentile chart if you wish to know how you stack up.

Thank you very much. Sorry, I didn’t mean to say my SAT I scores were bad, I wasn’t planning on retaking because I’m pretty happy and I think I would drop in writing if I did. I just put them there for comparison.

I guess I’m just a bit paranoid because my school is quite competitive and there are so many people with 800s in all of their subject tests. S: Also, I live in Ottawa and while I’m not french, a lot of people are bilingual (some are actually French >.>) and are getting 800s in french (with or without listening) in my school. x_X I need to stop being paranoid/worry too much

Thank you so much again for your help!
