<p>No, they are sending out emails AROUND 7pm.</p>
<p>although according to the live blog ([Hopkins</a> Insider](<a href=“Taiga”>http://blogs.hopkins-interactive.com/)) everything was decided at 10:34…so for now, let’s calm down and try to enjoy the next 8+ hours of life :)</p>
