did my app submit?

<p>I'm pretty sure part II of my app did not submit. I got a message saying "The data you just supplied contains 2 omissions or datatype mismatches.
Each problem will have an explanation above it.
Both the explanation and the problem will be in a box."</p>

<p>I checked over everything, and nothing was wrong</p>

<p>then I got an email 2 minutes later contacting me about an interview. does this mean my app submitted? or should call tomorrow and send my app through mail just in case?</p>

<p>Did you make a mistake in the signature box and put 2010 instead of 2011?</p>

<p>It is quite likely the application did not submit.</p>
