<p>Well, since only the top 1.5% of applicants get the application for this, and since UCLA admits roughly 20% of applicants, somehow another 18.5% of applicants are admitted and have to pay full price in order the bankroll this financial black hole we call a public school. I, for one, am one of those very few who help this school struggle to stay alive financially.</p>
