Did not waive FERPA: How to see Letters?

<p>I recall asking this before, but didn't get a good answer. </p>

<p>During my application process, I clicked that I did not waive my FERPA rights. I am currently attending cornell. I am a canadian.</p>

<p>How do I see/read the letters of recommendations and stuff that my teachers wrote?</p>
