Did pretty bad sophomore year, but turning it around this junior year (HS)

So last year some stuff happened in my home and with my family that made me unmotivated to do anything. I'm not one to scapegoat my problems, but I really feel like that's what made me unmotivated. I barely did any work, failed tests, etc etc and got barely a 2.0 2nd semester of sophomore year, and about a 2.3 1st semester.

This year I'm really trying hard to turn it around, and so far I'm at least doing better. My current grades are going towards a 3.3/3.5 and I'm taking my first AP and doing well in it (physics). Is it too late to raise my grades? All the schools I'm looking at online demand at least a 3.0 cumulated, which I don't think I can achieve even if I excel this year. Besides trying hard this year in school and doing well on the SAT in January, is there anything else I can do to hopefully avoid community college and make it into any school? I was hoping to major in Business in college.
