The yellow card (it came in NM app. packet) needs to be sent in with school choice as soon as he knows where he plans to attend – due by April 27 (not May 1!), and you do have to get that in to receive the NM scholarship.

April 27 is the day when the first batch of notifications go down to different colleges. You can always make your choice later but you might miss out on opportunities unless the school gives scholarships to every NMF.

do any of you have the best phone number to reach NM about changing my college choice. I was just notified by Tufts of a NM award ($2000 not the usual $2500 for 4 years) , but want to go to WashU that gave me better Fin. Aid. I’m also on the waiting list at an Ivy, so should I try to stay undecided until the May deadline? thanks for any help you can give me!!
