Did they receive my Financial Aid?

I sent in my Financial Aid forms (CSS, Tax Returns) a week before the ED deadline. But when I check the status or the "to do" list for financial aid, it still has both CSS and the Student Prior Year Federal Tax forms listed as "to dos."

Anyone else who has applied for Financial Aid have this as well? Or is it just me? Is there a possibility that Cornell didn't receive my forms?

Thanks

Oh, if I click on the CSS form, it says, “Please note: CSS PROFILE data will not be updated to Cornell’s system until late November 2011. If you have already submitted your CSS PROFILE, please check back after November 23 to see if Cornell has received your CSS PROFILE.”

But there isn’t a similar not for the tax returns.

Sorry but the collective College confidential crystal balls are inoperative tonight. I guess your only recourse is to pick up a telephone and call Cornell.

Really, they’ll tell you the truth. Why are you settling on strangers’ guesses?

I am in the same situation. I sent both of those in, but both show in my to do list.

Call them. I had a very similar issue but the financial aid office helped me through it. They were very efficient, they took one of the things off my list almost immediately, and I sent in a missing document and they processed it within a few days.

Yep. I agree w/ reallycool9. I handled everything via email though.

FYI: Financial Aid office emailed me back and did say that most forms will not be notified as received until Nov 22.
