Did they receive my transcript?

The Be A Spartan page says they haven’t, but according to a Parchment email, they have downloaded it. Does that mean they’ve received it and I should expect a decision between the next 8-12 weeks, or does it mean I’ll have to wait that period from the moment it says “received”?

The page says it can take 2-4 weeks for it to say “Received,” but does that mean they won’t see it UNTIL then?

Your application isn’t considered ready for review until we have ALL your required materials posted on your student portal. Once we receive the transcripts from Parchment, it can take a couple weeks to process it and match it to your application.
