do u need to send a transcript of the community college courses you have taken? if so do u send the transcript NOW?

I sent mine in a little before the deadline. It can only boost your overall application (unless you did poorly). Mainly, it depends on how long it takes for your community college to send out their stuff (took mine a week or so).

I think it would be best to send it now unless it would hurt you. CMU doesn't grant credit for some community college courses, English in particular.

I took a 3 credit course last year in a city university (got a B) and i didnt send the transcript to CMU.

i took Theatre at a community college, do u knw if CMU grants credit, regardless of wheter they give credit or not im sending in the transcript cuz i got an A :)

Send it in while you're thinking about it, they'll need it later to see if they can give you any credit. One less thing to think about then if nothing else.

you guys are talking about the dual-credit courses right? yeah, cause i took some courses and got credit from a county college, so i didn't put that i had credit on all my college apps. but i did include that on my common app, i'll give it to them if they ask.
